Frankston Apartment
Project Description
This is an example of an apartment built in 1953 or so, with double brickwork that had perished wiring that fell apart the minute the sparky touched it, old corroded galvanized water and gas lines. The floor tiles were installed over 2 layers of ancient lino, which was in turn placed over newspapers dated back to the 1950s. We were fortunate there was no disastrous water damage, but there was some.
However, this little bathroom now no longer needs to be hidden away. It’s turned into a gorgeous and functional room that you’ll want to show off and will suit our clients family needs, while standing the test of time.
Client Review
Cannot fault this company. From the outset, clear, fast, professionals! Highly recommended for both kitchen and bathroom!!!
