Our Renovation Process

At AAA Build, we are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free renovation experience. Our comprehensive process ensures that your vision is brought to life with precision and care. Here’s how we make it happen:

PHONE CONSULTATION

Our journey begins with a friendly phone call. We’ll listen attentively to your renovation ideas and discuss the scope of work, your location, and the feasibility of your project. We’ll also share insights and additional ideas to enhance your vision. This initial conversation helps us determine if we’re the right match for your needs. If we are, we’ll schedule an appointment to meet in person!

HOME CONSULTATION

Our Senior Interior Designer will visit your home to understand your vision in detail. We’ll take assess the area, and discuss ideas to bring your dream renovation to life. This personalised approach ensures that every aspect of your project is tailored to your preferences.

SHOWROOM VISIT

We are your one-stop shop for all your renovation needs. During your showroom visit, you’ll have the opportunity to make all your selections in one place—from colours and fittings to fixtures and finishes. Our interior designer will guide you through the process, helping you choose the perfect elements for your space. All selections are meticulously noted, tracked, and collated to serve as a reference for our quotation.

ESTIMATED QUOTE

Within 24-48 hours of your showroom visit, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimated quote that reflects all your selections and the discussed scope of work. This ensures transparency and clarity, so you know exactly what to expect.

ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE

Once you accept the quote, we’ll initiate the process by issuing a Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) contract. Before any payment is exchanged, you’ll receive a 7-year builder’s warranty for your peace of mind. We then invoice you for the deposit, marking the official start of your renovation journey with us.

DESIGN PHASE

In the design phase, you’ll work closely with our interior designer to finalise every detail. We’ll provide you with detailed floor plans, elevations, schedules, and specifications. We collaborate with you until you’re 100% satisfied with the design, ensuring that your vision is perfectly captured before we commence construction.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

During construction, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the entire project. Our team includes our own skilled carpenters, and we collaborate with trusted tradespeople who prioritise our projects. This ensures precise and reliable scheduling. Our organised processes and systems eliminate stress and prevent unexpected expenses. We prioritise communication, providing daily updates and promptly addressing any changes that may arise.

REVIEW AND HANDOVER

Upon completion, we’ll conduct a thorough walkthrough with your Site Manager to ensure you’re delighted with the results. Any issues or concerns will be promptly addressed and resolved. Once you’re completely satisfied, at the handover, you’ll receive written warranties, including workmanship, waterproofing, compliance certificates, and product warranties.

Step 4: Acceptance of Quote

In this video, Ivana explains the quote process. Once accepted, we move into the design phase and start preparing everything for the construction phase.
